Rastogi started this conference series in 2006 in Meerut and subsequently it was held in Trivandrum (two times-2008, 2014), Varanasi (2010) and Mavelikara (2013). This International Conference on Vibrational Spectroscopy brings together scientists from all disciplines of vibrational spectroscopy; mid-infrared, Raman, near infrared, chemometrics, non-linear Raman spectroscopy, surface enhanced Raman scattering, vibrational circular dichroism, nanomaterials and terahertz.
